These Terms incorporate by reference our Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy, each available in the Shop. If there is any conflict between these Terms and those policies, the policy will govern for its subject matter.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignaturePrintLab-branded storefront, shop pages, and related services (collectively, the "Shop"). By accessing the Shop, creating an account, submitting an order, or clicking to accept these Terms where presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
The Shop may operate on a Groupon-owned domain or subdomain or another URL designated for the Shop. Regardless of the URL, Picanova is the seller (merchant of record) for products ordered through the Shop.

If you purchase a voucher, deal, coupon, or other promotional instrument from a third party (for example, Groupon), that purchase is made with and governed by the third party and its terms. Redemption of a voucher (including placing an order in the Shop using a voucher code) is governed by these Terms and the voucher's stated conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the voucher terms as presented at purchase, we will honor the voucher terms to the extent required to fulfill the voucher as purchased, to the extent required and permitted by law and technically feasible, and otherwise these Terms apply to the order and fulfillment.
The Shop is offered to users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Shop, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may be able to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject an order in our discretion, including due to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors. Order acceptance is typically confirmed by an order confirmation displayed in the Shop and/or sent to the email address you provide.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time. We may correct typographical errors, calculation errors, and other obvious input errors in prices, promotions, product descriptions, configurations, or availability at any time, including after publication. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order (in whole or in part) and refund any amounts paid.
Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated and presented during checkout. Tax amounts may be adjusted to reflect the actual tax due based on applicable rules and your delivery location.
Payment is due at checkout (or at such other time indicated in the Shop). We may authorize and capture payment using the payment method you provide. If your payment cannot be verified or processed, your order may be suspended or cancelled.
Production and shipping estimates shown in the Shop are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may use third-party carriers and logistics providers. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you in good faith to investigate lost or damaged shipments in accordance with our policies and carrier processes.
Because our products are customized, returns and refunds may be limited. Our Return & Refund Policy (as posted in the Shop) applies and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may not be able to cancel an order once production has begun. If we agree to cancel an order after submission, we may issue a refund, a store credit, or another remedy as described in our Return & Refund Policy and as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of photos, images, text, and other materials you upload or submit to the Shop ("Customer Content"). You grant Picanova a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Shop and fulfill your order (including producing and delivering the products), provide customer support, address quality issues, and improve the Shop.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit Customer Content and that your Customer Content does not violate any law or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights).
You may not use the Shop in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that interferes with the Shop's operation or security. Without limitation, you may not:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SHOP AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Some products may be covered by a limited warranty or satisfaction policy as posted in the Shop. Any such policy is the exclusive warranty offered for those products.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICANOVA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SHOP OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICANOVA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SHOP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PICANOVA FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Picanova and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your Customer Content, your misuse of the Shop, or your breach of these Terms.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Shop, or any order will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in English and, unless the parties agree otherwise, in the U.S. county (or nearest available location) where you reside.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND PICANOVA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court (if available in your jurisdiction) or from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms in the Shop and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Shop after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the SignaturePrintLab online shop (the "Shop"). The Shop is operated by Picanova, Inc. ("Picanova", "we", "us").
Personalized / made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, personal preference, or customer input errors (including incorrect photos, text, size, or configuration), except where the product is defective, damaged, or materially incorrect due to our error, or where required by law.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Support within thirty (30) days of delivery (or, if delivery is not confirmed, within thirty (30) days of the order date).
Our Customer Support team will typically respond by the end of the next business day.
Because most products are customized and made-to-order, we focus on making things right if there is a problem with quality or production.
We may be unable to offer a refund or replacement where the issue is not attributable to a defect, damage, or error by us.
In many cases we can resolve issues without requiring a return. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting Customer Support, as returns may not be processed correctly.
If we confirm a defect, damage, or our error, we will generally cover the return shipping cost (or provide a prepaid label, where available). If a return is accepted for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless required by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by payment provider, but we generally issue refunds promptly after approval and/or receipt of the returned item, if a return is required.
If you purchased a voucher or Deal Product on Groupon, Groupon's terms typically govern the voucher purchase transaction. This Return & Refund Policy applies to the fulfillment portion of the transaction that occurs through the Shop once you redeem the voucher, except where the applicable Groupon offer terms state otherwise. The 30-day period runs from delivery of the fulfilled product, not the date you purchased the voucher.
Shipping/handling charges and taxes (if any) that are paid at redemption are disclosed during checkout and may be non-refundable once the order enters production, as determined in our order system, unless we determine the order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will make this policy available in the Shop and may update it from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order generally applies, subject to applicable law.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the SignaturePrintLab Shop. The Shop is operated by Picanova, Inc.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may be available with higher shipping charges and longer delivery times. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), unless expressly offered at checkout.
Shipping costs (and any applicable surcharges) are displayed at checkout before you place your order. If your order includes items that ship from different production streams or categories, additional shipping charges may apply; these will be displayed during checkout.
Because most products are customized and made-to-order, orders typically require production time before shipment. Estimated production and transit times are displayed in the Shop and/or your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
From time to time we may publish recommended order-by dates for major holidays. Unless we explicitly state a "guarantee" with clear conditions, these dates are best-efforts recommendations based on historical carrier performance. Where we do offer a delivery guarantee, it will include clear eligibility conditions and remedies.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe we stated at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide options consistent with applicable law, which may include the option to cancel your order for a prompt refund if you do not agree to a revised shipment date.
Please review your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipment charges may apply, and delivery timelines may be extended.
Where available, we provide shipment tracking information by email or through the Shop account area. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier records delivery at the provided address.
For Deal Products redeemed through the Shop, any shipping/handling charges and applicable taxes due at redemption will be disclosed during checkout. The applicable Groupon offer terms may specify additional delivery conditions (e.g., redemption windows).
