This Privacy Notice explains how Picanova Inc. ("Picanova", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the SignaturePrintLab Shop website (the "Shop"). It also describes choices and rights available to U.S. residents under applicable U.S. privacy laws.

If you interact with Groupon's website, mobile app, or other Groupon-operated pages in connection with the Shop ("Groupon Surfaces"), Groupon will handle personal information it collects on those Groupon Surfaces under Groupon's own privacy notice. Picanova and Groupon each act as independent controllers of the personal information they collect through their respective services.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, please include proof of authorization.

2. Personal information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information (as defined under applicable U.S. laws), depending on how you interact with the Shop:

• Identifiers and contact details (e.g., name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address).
• Account credentials (if you create an account) and preferences.
• Commercial information (e.g., products viewed or purchased, order history, voucher redemption information, customer service interactions).
• Payment information (processed by payment service providers; we typically receive only limited payment details such as tokenized card data and transaction identifiers).
• Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, interaction logs).
• Approximate location derived from IP address.
• Inferences drawn from the above (e.g., product interests) to personalize content and measure marketing effectiveness.

We do not intentionally collect "sensitive" personal information (such as government identifiers) unless you provide it in free-form communications. Please avoid sending sensitive information through open text fields.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• Provide the Shop and fulfill orders (process transactions, manufacture products, ship orders, handle returns and refunds).

Groupon relationship: We may provide Groupon with aggregated and de-identified performance metrics (e.g., total sales, order counts, average cart value) and other reporting as agreed between the parties. We do not provide Groupon with Shop checkout personal information for Groupon's independent use. If you purchase a voucher or other offer via Groupon, Groupon may provide us information necessary to validate and redeem the voucher and to service the transaction.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Shop, remember preferences, analyze performance, and, where permitted, support advertising and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and (where available) our cookie preferences tool.

Where required, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control or similar universal opt-out mechanisms) to the extent supported by your browser or device and applicable law.

6. Marketing communications

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Opting out will not affect transactional communications.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, including to provide the Shop, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and context.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Shop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may have rights such as:

We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal (where required by law); instructions will be provided in our response.

Sale/Sharing/Targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We may allow certain third-party advertising or analytics technologies that could be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws. Where required, you can opt out via our cookie preferences tool or by sending a request as described above. If required by law, we will also honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Shop with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
